Cafonline.com: Did you expect to reach this stage?
Razak Yakubu: As a player I knew it was difficult because it was our first time of playing at this level, but I had enough confidence in my team that we could make it and thankfully we made it. It is a massive dream come true for us.
Cafonline.com: How crucial were coach Kouki's instructions to you for this game?
Razak Yakubu:He is a tremendous coach and is the best for us. He is a good tactician and a sharp reader of the game. He told us how to be quick on the opposition and attack swiftly all this based on what we learnt from the first leg and we came away with success through his methods.
Cafoline.com: How did you contain Cotonsport during the game?
Razak Yakubu: Our plan was to attack them as quickly as possible and also try to control the game while keeping ball possession. We planned to use our chances when we got them nd every teammate did a perfect job. Every player performed to the highest level and was composed when needed to in the match. Every player was calm because we knew we could find the opener at any time, so that was cool. I was glad to see that in them because Cotonsport is a very strong side and now we are hoping we will continue playing like this.
Cafonline.com:Was there a moment when you feared Cotonsport could ruin it for you?
Razak Yakubu:Cotonsport came stronger in the end stage of the game because they knew a goal would have seen them through and at this stage we needed to focus and concentrate and we managed to do just that.
