Uganda crush Ghana in AYC qualifier
Uganda recorded a shocking 3-1 victory over Ghana in their 2013 Orange African Youth Championship qualifier played on Saturday in Nakivubo.

The victory gives the Hippos a two-goal advantage over the three-time African champions ahead of the second leg in a fortnight in the Ghanaian capital.
All four goals in the game came in the first half as an improved second half failed to produce any goal.
Interestingly, it was the visiting Black Satellites who shot into the lead after just five minutes through midfielder Michael Anaba, who profited from a blunder by Yusuf Makisa to rattle home the opener.
The lead only lasted for three minutes before a howler by Ghana goalkeeper Muntari Tagoe gifted Julius Ogwang the easiest of chances by tapping in for the equalizer.
Few minutes later, Joseph Mpande fired the hosts into the lead for the first time in the game, capitalising on a blunder by the Ghanaian rear before Ogwang scored his second of the game just before half time after Gift Ali had put him through.
The Hippos held on to the lead to snatch a resounding victory, which puts the next round in sight.
